Once the payment is successful, we will send you booking confirmation email. For any questions you can contact us via email or phone.
You can cancel the booking 14 days before the check-in date and get full refund of the payment amount minus 2% service fee. If you want to cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, you will get 50% refund of your total payment
Unfortunately our properties are not suitable for pets. So we don’t allow pets.
